Bruce went from being the youngest lawyer to argue before the Supreme Court of Canada to head of one the largest direct response marketing companies in the world. An expert in identifying and capitalizing on eCommerce opportunities in emerging markets and new media, Bruce also brings an acute legal understanding to the dynamic and ever-changing sphere of international business. He is DFO’s CEO and co-founder.

Passionate about taking innovation and creativity and turning them into profitable ventures, Jordan delivers expertise across all of DFO’s lines of business, including product development and sourcing, advertising and media buying, affiliate marketing, eCommerce sales, SaaS and SEO, among others.

Alex is the CEO of Amasa, DFO Global's agency-style media buying arm. He oversees a team of 15+ media buyers, strategists, creatives and more. He holds a BA from the University of San Diego. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing golf.

Hendrik is DFO’s Chief Media Buyer and specializes in media scaling via traffic networks such as Facebook, Google and other native platforms. He manages a team of media buyers and works closely with publishers and creative teams to create and optimize online media campaigns. Previously, he was CMO at AdTactics, a media buying, SEO and SEM strategy firm. He enjoys traveling and scuba diving.

Marco is DFO’s Chief Strategic officer and specializes in developing strategic partnerships, creating and executing media strategies, and identifying emerging trends. He assists with product development, provides direction on media strategies, assesses new types of media and builds new traffic partners. Previously, he was CEO at AdTactics, a media buying, SEO and SEM strategy firm. Marco enjoys cooking for his two little girls and wonderful wife.

Pascal is DFO Global's Chief Commercial Officer and considers himself a holistic eCommerce optimization freak. He oversees the company's consumer-facing eCommerce business, focusing on activities tied to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to ensure they drive business growth, market share and customer satisfaction. He is founder of DFO Global's European division in the Netherlands. Pascal holds an MA from the University of Bonn in Political Science, Economics, and Media Studies as well as an MA in European Studies of Science and Technology from Aalborg and Lund University. During his free time, he enjoys playing competitive Ultimate Frisbee, preferably on the beautiful beaches in The Hague.

Daniel Queiroz is Chief of Technology Officer for DFO, where he is responsible for DFO’s overall technology strategy. He leads the company's engineering, data compliance, core architecture and security efforts, and is founder of the São Paulo office. He has 17+ years of experience in software development and has managed all phases of projects. Daniel holds an MBA in IT Strategic Management and a BA in System Analysis. When he’s not working, he enjoys going to the gym, traveling, practicing martial arts and spending time with family and friends.

As DFO’s chief financial officer, Ramona leads the company’s corporate finance, controls, capital markets and payroll operations. With a 20+ year track record of leading and working with successful global organizations, she is integral in the growth and transformation of the business. She was most recently the Vice President of Financial Operations and Chief of Staff at Cylance, an artificial intelligence and cyber threat prevention solution.

As Chief Payments and Innovation Officer, Mr. Osborne and his team champion and scale DFO’s end-to-end global payments strategy. He optimizes the company’s payments infrastructure and creates and implements new and different channels, money-movement models, and payment technologies. Additionally, he is responsibility for managing all global banking relationships and financial partnerships. In his free time, he enjoys writing music and scouting out the best local surf breaks.

David oversees DFO’s global business development efforts, focusing on structuring and building unified media, technology and product sales teams across global offices. He also leads our joint-venture capabilities, bringing new partnerships and alliances under the DFO Global brand. His background includes enterprise website development, search and online reputation management, and programmatic video campaigns. Prior to joining DFO, David managed client strategy for Matomy’s Text Link Ads Division, a native ads unit and programmatic video service.

She oversees DFO’s creative hub in the heart of Vancouver, Canada, and leads teams of talented designers, copywriters, videographers, content and project managers to collaborate and produce some of DFO’s most beautiful, eye-catching and successful eCommerce offers.

Adam is DFO’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where he will usher DFO’s SaaS offerings and new business development initiatives into the market and beyond. Adam is a senior executive with a 10+ year track record of strategic relationship management and oversight in the eCommerce, payments, fraud and Software as a Service (SaaS) spaces. Most recently, he was the Director of Strategic Accounts, Partnerships & Anti-Fraud Specialist at LimeLight, an eCommerce SaaS solution. When not working, which is extremely rare, Adam is either travelling, competing in Airsoft, playing on various sports teams, or horsing around with his 2 year old Hudson and wife Ashley.

As Vice President of Product Development, Christine ensures DFO's product success by curating product pipelines and positioning new product launches for optimal performance, specifically by bridging the gap between traffic opportunities and new products. She leads the business intelligence team, coordinates with internal design and development staff to grow our product portfolio, and brings cutting-edge campaigns to market. Christine holds a masters of international business and works with our global offices out of her base in Luxembourg.

Ellen Claire Sonido is DFO’s in-house legal counsel, where she focuses on protecting intellectual property rights, ensuring international regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing international contracts and providing overall legal support. She has 15+ years of experience as legal counsel and has managed and overseen all phases of projects. When she’s not working, she enjoys home organization, eating, watching movies, TV and YouTube, and spending time with family.
